Teams competing in the second annual BBQ By the Lake Championship will be cooking up a beast known as the bacon bomb - a bacon-wrapped sausage or meatloaf mixture, sometimes studded or stuffed with more bacon and slathered with barbecue sauce. No joke. Associated with the Spring Garden Fair, also on the menu are live music and a beer garden. Awesome.
